The best part?

Chernobyl Kinsmen-- in the dark

It glows in the dark!!!
This was my first time cross-stitching for real, and I didn't use a pattern, just traced the Kinsmen's outlines onto the fabric and went for it.  Came out all right, I think.

  1. Cool! I've wondered where to use the glow-in-the-dark yarn and thread. Great use!

  2. That is *such* a cool idea! Best/most original use of glow in the dark thread I've seen!

  3. I looked at the glow in the dark picture from behind my hands. Ya never know what some folks will stitch! ;)

  4. It was a pain to work with (and even worse to pick out mistakes- ugh!) but the glow-in-the-dark thread was worth it in the end.

@Becky: hahaha! A good move... better safe than weirded out!
